Michigan economy and buying local

Economy in MichiganKeeping the money in your local Michigan economy and what it means for buying local is what Dr. David Hebert discusses in Volume Four of our ‘What does Buying Local Really Mean”.  Michigan’s Video Storyteller Duane Weed looks at what it really means to buy locally in Michigan in this nine part video series.

Dr. David Hebert teaches at Ferris State University and is an Assistant Professor in economics. It is a pleasure having him share what it means when a community like Grand Rapids Michigan had to redefine itself. A great example as we look at buying locally and the Michigan economy
